About The Position
Centurion Health is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse to join their team at the Riverbend Maximum Security Institution in Nashville, Tennessee. The RN will provide holistic nursing care within the scope of practice to incarcerated patients, working under the direction of the Director of Nursing and/or Nursing Supervisor. They will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to address the physical, psychological, and social needs of patients. The position offers a pay range of $42 - $53 per hour, depending on experience, and includes a $7,500 bonus.
Requirements
- Tennessee RN or Compact license or ability to obtain license
- Current CPR and Basic Life Support Certification
- Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check

Responsibilities
- Providing holistic nursing care within the appropriate scope of practice to incarcerated patients.
- Working under the direction of the Director of Nursing and/or Nursing Supervisor.
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to identify, assess and respond to a wide range of physical, psychological and social needs of the patient.
