About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality, patient-centered care. The role requires experience with EPIC systems and involves monitoring patient conditions, maintaining documentation, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and educating patients and families. The schedule consists of three 12-hour night shifts. Holiday time is limited where possible, with case-by-case considerations.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice.
• CPR or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor per policy.
• Facility-specific BLS certification from an approved vendor per policy.
• Experience with EPIC systems.
• Commitment to providing high-quality patient care.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Acute care facility experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-centered care in accordance with established protocols.
• Maintain accurate and thorough patient records and documentation using EPIC software.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, responding promptly to changes.
• Provide education to patients and families regarding health management.
