About The Position
Energy Employee Services, LLC is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join their home health team. The role involves managing the home care of terminally ill or elderly patients. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a dedicated commitment to providing accessible, comprehensive care to patients and their families.
Requirements
- Must be willing to submit to a background check.
- Must have a valid driver license, reliable transportation and auto insurance.
- Must have an unencumbered RN License in the state you are applying to.
- Must be willing to travel to patient’s home (This can be up to a 45 mile radius).
- Must hold an active CPR Certification.
Responsibilities
- Thoroughly assess patients in their homes to ensure best patient care.
- Provide clear medication education and medication management.
- Assist with Activities for Daily Living (ADLS) to help with the patients quality of life.
- Timely and accurate documentation of patient status and condition.
