Registered Nurse - Weekend SOC RN
About The Position
BAYADA Home Health Care is looking for a dedicated Weekend Registered Nurse (RN) to perform home health visits for our Denver Visits office. This is a Weekend RN position - as visits will include mostly Start of Care / Admissions, Medicare Certified Home Health and OASIS documentation experience is required. Requirements
- A current license as a Registered Nurse in Colorado.
- Prior or current home health/visits experience.
- Prior experience completing OASIS documentation.
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma.
Nice To Haves
- Medicare Certified Home Health experience
Responsibilities
- Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patient's needs
- Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories
- Perform assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures
- Monitor clients' conditions; reporting changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager
- Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
- Perform client assessments as necessary
Benefits
- $5,000 Incentive if able to commit to 4 SOC per weekend (2 Saturday + 2 Sunday) OR $5,000 Incentive if able to commit to 20 productivity points per weekend (combination of Fri, Sat, Sun, and/or Mon) - benefits eligible!
- Base Pay: $60-65 per point; based on experience.
