About The Position
Nulton Diagnostic & Treatment Center is hiring a full-time Psychiatric Registered Nurse to support its medical team at the Slatington, Pennsylvania office. The role includes completing psychiatric intakes for new patients, seeing patients individually in the medication clinic, determining whether a patient needs to see a psychiatrist, returning telephone messages from patients, family members, or other providers, and performing other assigned job-related duties. The Psychiatric Nurse must meet the qualifications listed in at least three of the four qualification categories in the posting. Mental health experience is preferred, and the successful candidate must be able to obtain Act 33, Act 34, and FBI clearances. Requirements
- Meet the qualifications in at least three of the following categories: graduate of an accredited school of nursing; bachelor's degree from an accredited college with a major in psychology, social work, nursing, or another related human services field; current Registered Nurse license in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania; or at least six months of work experience in an inpatient or outpatient psychiatric facility.
- Be able to obtain Act 33, Act 34, and FBI clearances.
