About The Position

The Hospital of Central Connecticut is hiring Registered Nurses for its Cardiac Telemetry units across multiple hours and shifts. Nurses are supported in practicing at the top of their license through research, innovation, and evidence-based practices. The role includes clinical instruction and additional learning opportunities through the Nurse Residency program. The hospital is an acute-care community teaching hospital offering inpatient and outpatient services in general medicine, surgery, and a wide range of specialties.

Requirements

• Current Connecticut RN license required within 90 days of hire.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing school.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association.

• One year of recent acute care RN experience is preferred; graduate nurses are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients on Cardiac Telemetry units.
