About The Position

DaVita is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide care to patients with end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney conditions in an outpatient dialysis setting. Dialysis experience is not required; paid training is provided. The role involves hands-on care for medically complex patients and opportunities to build long-term relationships with them. Nurses may float to nearby clinics as needed, and training may take place at a clinic other than their home location. A flexible schedule is required, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• Hold an RN license in the state of practice.
• Have an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).
• Demonstrate basic computer proficiency.
• Have reliable transportation for potential floating.
• Be available for a flexible schedule that may include mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Nice To Haves

• A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
• Experience in ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg.
• CNN or CDN certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care in an outpatient dialysis setting.
• Monitor patients, manage treatment plans, and respond to changes in their health.
• Collaborate with the clinical team, including Patient Care Technicians.
• Educate patients and families about kidney health and treatment options.
• Float to nearby clinics as needed.
