About The Position

Coordinate and/or supervise care by other professionals on your team. Perform duties related to assessing, diagnosing, planning, implementing, and evaluating as you deliver patient care. Assess and plan for the educational needs of the patient/client and families. Start in Med-Surg and then cross train to Obstetrics (Mom/Baby) and the Emergency Room. Also have the opportunity to train to be a nursing supervisor or charge nurse. Requirements

Associate degree in Nursing or higher
Current Minnesota RN License
Basic Life Support (BLS) Exception: inability to complete certification process related to a health condition: must complete education portion of Basic Life Support
ACLS education completed within 6 months of hire.
NRP education completed within 1 year of hire.
Completes trauma education as set for Level 4 trauma criteria within 1 year of hire.
Verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with physicians, interdisciplinary team members, patients/families, and community resources.
