About The Position
Sentara Health is hosting a virtual hiring event for Registered Nurse (RN) positions at Careplex Hospital, Obici Hospital, and Williamsburg Regional Medical Center. This event offers on-the-spot interviews with hiring leaders for roles in Hampton, Suffolk, and Williamsburg, VA. Both experienced RNs and new graduates are welcome. The role involves assessing and admitting patients, conducting rounding checks, administering medications, communicating with family members, and overseeing patient care. Sentara emphasizes teamwork and provides a Transition to Practice Program for new graduates to support their development in clinical reasoning and competency. Requirements
- Registered Nurse License and Certification
- Virginia or Compact Multi-State License in good standing
- Basic Life Support (BLS) within 90 days of hire
- RN-Associate’s Degree, or RN-Bachelor’s Degree, or RN-Diploma, or RN-Master’s Degree
