Requirements
- Valid and current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the relevant state or jurisdiction
- Proven experience in outpatient or clinical nursing preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Knowledge of electronic health records (EHR) systems and medical documentation

Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in an outpatient setting
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes in patient condition
- Educate patients and their families on health management, procedures, and post-treatment care
- Document patient information accurately and maintain comprehensive medical records
- Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and infection control protocols
