About The Position
Endeavor Health is currently conducting a comprehensive review of our compensation structure. The new minimum for this role will be adjusted to $37.25 base pay hourly rate beginning with the second paycheck in October. This position involves providing safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care for a patient population on a specific unit, utilizing the nursing process in planning, implementing, and evaluating the patient plan of care. The role also includes guiding and directing unlicensed assistive personnel, communicating and collaborating with the healthcare team, and positively contributing to safety outcomes and patient experience.
Requirements
- Current professional Nursing Licensure in the State of IL required
- Graduate of a NLN accredited school of nursing required
- BLS/CPR Certification for the Healthcare Provider required
Nice To Haves
- BSN strongly preferred
- Prior nursing or if new graduate nurse, CNA experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Independently provide safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care for a patient population on a specific unit
- Utilize the nursing process in planning, implementing, and evaluating the patient plan of care
- Guide and direct assigned unlicensed assistive personnel in delivering interdisciplinary patient care
- Communicate and collaborate with members of the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care
- Positively contributing to safety outcomes and promoting high quality patient experience
