About The Position
Professional Case Management is hiring Registered Nurses in Ohio to provide in-home healthcare services to people who have served the country. Nurses provide one-on-one patient care in clients’ homes, helping enhance their health, quality of life, and peace of mind. The position offers a self-directed schedule, with nurses choosing the days they work within the stated 8 a.m.–8 p.m. hours. Paid mentorship is provided for newly licensed graduate nurses.
Requirements
- Graduate of a state-approved school of professional nursing.
- Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state(s) of practice.
- Current CPR certification.
- Current TB test; reimbursement may be available.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Nice To Haves
- At least one year of RN experience in an acute care setting or equivalent is preferred.
- Newly licensed graduate nurses are encouraged to apply; paid mentorship is provided.
Responsibilities
- Provide in-home healthcare services to clients.
- Deliver one-on-one nursing care in clients’ homes.
- Practice nursing with respect for individual, cultural, and spiritual differences.
- Promote personal safety and a safe environment for clients.
- Maintain compliance with agency policies and procedures.
