About The Position
NiteLines USA, established in 1994, provides contract support services to government institutions and medical treatment facilities. We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team, upholding principles of integrity, respect, accountability, and collaboration. This role involves providing psychiatric-mental health nursing care and direct supervision to other staff on patient care units during assigned shifts. The care includes treatment of actual or potential mental health and medical problems, with supervision involving rotating in the charge nurse role and delegating tasks.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Provide 24-hour nursing care to patients at every stage of life, diagnosis, physical and mental condition.
- Assess each patient’s needs specific to their age and legal status.
- Plan and perform nursing interventions to assure patient needs are met and evaluate for effectiveness.
- Provide psychiatric-mental health nursing care.
- Provide direct supervision to other licensed and non-licensed staff on patient care units during assigned shifts.
- Treat actual or potential mental health and medical problems.
- Rotate in the charge nurse role.
- Appropriately delegate tasks and responsibilities to other staff.
