About The Position

Ascension St. Vincent Kokomo is seeking a Registered Nurse for their Acute Rehab department. This part-time, night shift role focuses on leading the care team to ensure a seamless, goal-oriented recovery for every patient. The nurse will execute personalized care plans, monitor clinical progress, advocate for patient safety by processing orders and communicating vital status changes, and coordinate comprehensive discharge paths for safe patient transitions.

Requirements

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire required.
