About The Position

DaVita is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide care to patients with end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney conditions in an outpatient dialysis setting. Dialysis experience is not required; paid training is provided. The role offers a fast-paced, hands-on environment, long-term patient relationships, and opportunities to apply a broad range of nursing skills with medically complex patients. The schedule is flexible and includes mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. The nurse may float to nearby clinics, and training may take place at a clinic other than the home location.

Requirements

• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Reliable transportation for potential floating.
• Flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
• Experience in ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg.
• CNN or CDN certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care in an outpatient dialysis setting.
• Monitor patients, manage treatment plans, and respond to health changes.
• Collaborate with the clinical team, including Patient Care Technicians.
• Educate patients and families about kidney health and treatment options.
• Float to nearby clinics as needed.
