Join Baylor Scott & White All Saints Medical Center – Fort Worth as a Registered Nurse in the Intermediate Care Unit (IMCU). This is a full-time, seasonal PRN position with a 13-week commitment, including one week of orientation and 12 weeks on the unit, working 12-hour shifts (36 hours per week). The IMCU is a fast-paced environment caring for high acuity patients with a patient population including Cardiac, Nephrology, Hepatology, and Neurology. The RN to patient ratio is 1:3 or 1:4. The unit has 32 beds and is the largest single unit at All Saints, designated as the cardiac and stroke acute care unit, offering exposure to various patient populations, disease processes, and IV drips. The IMCU leadership team supports learning, mentoring, and team member development.
