About The Position
BAYADA is seeking new graduate Registered Nurses to join their team. The Nurse Residency Program is accredited by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation (ANCC) and is the only paid new graduate residency program in home care to achieve this. As a non-profit organization, BAYADA focuses on quality care for clients of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels, allowing nurses to explore their passions. The Ocean County team is dedicated to training new nurses to feel confident in providing excellent care.
Requirements
- Current valid nursing license in U.S.
- Graduation from a qualified nursing program.
- CPR in good standing.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one patient care.
- Perform electronic charting using AlayaCare.
- Provide excellent care to clients.
