About The Position
McClure Post Acute is seeking a compassionate, skilled, and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) to join our clinical team on a full-time basis. AM, PM, and NOC shifts are available, offering flexibility for candidates seeking a schedule that best fits their availability. As an RN, you will provide high-quality nursing care, support and lead the clinical team, and help ensure the health, safety, comfort, and well-being of our residents. Requirements
- Current and active California Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and organizational skills
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare environment
- Commitment to providing compassionate, high-quality resident care
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in skilled nursing, post-acute care, rehabilitation, or long-term care preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans
- Assess, monitor, and document resident conditions and promptly report changes
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies safely and accurately
- Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, families, and interdisciplinary team members
- Supervise and support LVNs and CNAs to ensure high-quality resident care
- Respond appropriately to changes in resident condition and emergency situations
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility policies and regulations
- Participate in care planning, quality improvement initiatives, and team meetings
- Promote a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for residents and staff
