About The Position
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) with a passion for adult and pediatric care to join their Skilled Nursing team in the Charlotte Metro area. The company emphasizes delivering high-quality care with compassion, excellence, and reliability. RNs will have the opportunity to grow their skills while working close to home, serving clients in various counties around Charlotte. The role involves traveling to a client's home, executing doctor's orders, performing assessments, monitoring client conditions, documenting observations, and performing skills with autonomy. BAYADA provides extensive paid training, including simulation labs and around-the-clock clinical support, to ensure nurses feel comfortable and competent. The company has a long history of providing home health care, prioritizing client well-being in their homes.
Requirements
- Current valid nursing license in the U.S.
- Graduation from a qualified nursing program
Responsibilities
- Travel to one client home near you on a schedule you choose
- Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
- Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions
- Document observations, interventions, and evaluations
- Feel empowered to perform skills with autonomy in the home
