About The Position

The Registered Nurse provides superior care to assigned residents, including assessment, diagnosis, outcome identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation of treatments, as well as participation in quality assurance and performance improvement activities. The role also supervises staff and builds relationships with residents, families, and other members of the health care team. The position is at Vi at Highlands Ranch, 2850 Classic Drive, Highlands Ranch, Colorado 80126. The stated pay range is USD $43.00–$46.67 per hour.

Requirements

Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
Current Registered Nurse license in the state where practicing.
Working knowledge of long-term care.
Current CPR certification approved by the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
Current First Aid certification, or willingness and ability to become First Aid certified.
Maintain a courteous and professional manner in interactions with others.
Use a resident- and customer-focused approach to problem-solving and goal-setting.
Basic computer skills and/or willingness to learn.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree preferred.
At least 6 months of experience working as a Registered Nurse preferred.
Experience or continuing education in the care of elderly people preferred.

Responsibilities
