About The Position

Baystate Health is hiring Inpatient Registered Nurses (RN) to join the team at Baystate Noble Hospital, an 85-bed acute care community hospital serving the Greater Westfield area. This role supports medical-surgical, telemetry, and intermediate care (IMCU/step-down) patients in a dynamic and collaborative environment. Baystate Noble Hospital is a 92-bed acute care community hospital offering access to advanced technology, diagnostics, and a strong network of medical specialists. As part of Baystate Health, nurses benefit from the resources of a large health system while working in a supportive community hospital environment. The Inpatient Acute Care Unit is a 31-bed unit that cares for medical, surgical, telemetry, and intermediate care patients. It is equipped with telemonitoring systems and access to specialty consults, fostering strong interdisciplinary collaboration.

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse license in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
• Current American Heart Association BLS CPR certification
• Nursing diploma, ADN, or BSN accepted
• Diploma in Nursing
