About The Position

The Registered Nurse (RN) delivers quality nursing care through interpersonal contact and provides care and services that help patients attain or maintain the highest practicable physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards. The RN evaluates patient needs through ongoing assessment and revises care plans based on changes in patient condition. The role also provides clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs. The organization is affiliated with Life Care Centers of America, a privately owned healthcare organization with more than 200 locations across the United States.

Requirements

• Nursing diploma, associate’s degree, or bachelor’s degree in nursing.
• Currently licensed or registered in the applicable state.
• Maintain an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing throughout employment.
• CPR certification upon hire or obtained during orientation; certification must remain current during employment.
• Concentrate and use reasoning skills and good judgment.

Nice To Haves

• One year of skilled nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities
