About The Position
DaVita is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide dialysis care to patients with end-stage renal disease at skilled nursing facility (SNF) partner sites. The nurse delivers on-site treatment and provides high-quality, compassionate care in the facility setting. Dialysis experience is required, and comprehensive paid training is provided. The role involves a fast-paced environment with diverse patient needs.
Requirements
- Dialysis experience is required.
- Current RN license in the state of practice.
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) is required.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- ICU, CCU, ER, or Med/Surg experience is a plus.
- CNN or CDN certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide dialysis treatment to patients at skilled nursing facility partner sites.
- Monitor patient vital signs and assess treatment response.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care.
- Educate patients and families on treatment and care plans.
- Maintain safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
