About The Position
An in-home personal care agency is hiring a Registered Nurse for PRN supervisory work. The nurse conducts supervisory visits for non-skilled clients, with a flexible schedule and the ability to designate the area where they provide visits. The agency serves the Middle Peninsula and surrounding areas. Compensation is listed per service: $65 per initial assessment, $55 per reassessment every six months, $30 for a missed visit when the client is not home, $30 per in-service or class, $20 per aide orientation when additional clinical training is needed, and $20 per hour for office work. Visits or assessments for clients more than 30 miles from the agency receive an additional $5.
Responsibilities
- Conduct supervisory visits for non-skilled clients.
- Provide initial assessments and six-month reassessments.
- Conduct in-service sessions or classes as needed.
- Provide aide orientations when additional clinical training is needed.
- Provide office work when assigned.
