About The Position
We are seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team. The RN will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients, coordinating with other healthcare professionals, and ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations.
Requirements
- Current and valid RN license in CA.
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in nursing (ADN or BSN); BSN preferred.
- BLS/CPR certification (ACLS, PALS may be required depending on specialty).
- Minimum 3 years of clinical experience
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records POC system
Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor and record patients' vital signs, symptoms, and progress.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare team members.
- Educate patients and their families on health conditions, post-treatment care, and medication usage.
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records.
- Respond to emergencies and provide appropriate care and support.
- Ensure patient safety and always comfort.
- Follow all facility policies, procedures, and standards of care.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
