About The Position

We’re growing and looking for a Per Diem Registered Nurse to serve patients in the Holbrook residential area of Massachusetts. VRNS partners with meaningful programs like the ABI Waiver, giving you steady, consistent caseloads without sacrificing flexibility. You’ll have real leadership support, real field backup, and a team that answers when you call.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN), licensed in Massachusetts
- At least 1 year of clinical experience
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working independently, but never unsupported
- Home health or similar experience required
Nice To Haves
- homecare preferred
- EMR experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Providing skilled nursing care in patients’ homes, including wound care, medication management, catheter care, and diabetic care.
- Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing individualized care plans.
- Educating patients and families (and repeating yourself kindly, because… nursing).
- Completing clear, timely documentation in an EMR that won’t follow you into your dreams.
- Managing a mix of visits, from wellness checks to more complex skilled care.
