About The Position
Almost Family, LLC is looking for a Registered Nurse for our Medford office. We provide In Home Care to seniors and people with physical, intellectual and developmental disabilities. This is a part time position of 4-6 hours per week. Will be great for a new RN or someone looking for hours during retirement. Almost Family is a leading provider of care services. We are committed to delivering personalized care to our patients in the comfort of their own homes.
Requirements
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Oregon
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
Responsibilities
- Quality Monitoring Visits on Medication clients
- Training/ Orientation on medications
