About The Position

Dublin Springs, part of Lifepoint Health, is hiring a Registered Nurse for its behavioral health hospital in Dublin, Ohio. The nurse delivers personalized, evidence-based patient care and collaborates with behavioral health professionals in a supportive, patient-centered environment. The role involves using nursing interventions and specialized plans of care to support patient well-being and recovery.

Requirements

• Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
• Associate’s degree in nursing.
• Current Registered Nurse license as required by the regulations of the state where the facility operates.
• CPR certification within 30 days of employment and before any patient contact.
• De-escalation certification within 30 days of employment and before any patient contact.

Nice To Haves

• One year of experience in a psychiatric health care facility.

Responsibilities

• Accurately perform patient assessments and identify patient needs.
• Identify and initiate appropriate nursing interventions.
• Provide care appropriate to the patient's condition and age.
• Complete timely and appropriate documentation relating to medical necessity in the medical record.
• Complete and revise the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient.
• Perform timely and accurate quality improvement assessments.
