About The Position
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) with a passion for intentional, one-to-one care to join its Westmoreland County skilled nursing team. The role provides compassionate, high-quality private duty nursing to clients in their homes, serving people ranging in age from infants to geriatric clients. Nurses travel to one client’s home on a schedule they choose and provide hands-on care while building relationships and supporting clients’ milestones. Traditional shift types include 4-, 8-, or 10-hour shifts. The position offers weekly pay, flexible scheduling based on availability, and short commutes near home. Benefits vary by employment type. Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by a school transcript or diploma.
- Hold a current nursing license in good standing in the state.
Responsibilities
- Travel to one client’s home near you according to a schedule you choose.
- Follow up on, execute, and properly document doctors’ orders.
- Perform assessments and monitor clients’ conditions.
- Document observations, interventions, and evaluations.
- Provide hands-on, one-to-one care and build relationships with clients.
