RN - Toledo Hospital - Electrophysiology Lab
About The Position
The Registered Nurse (RN) is part of ProMedica’s patient care team and provides patient-centered care with sensitivity and respect for the diversity of human experience. The RN coordinates a patient’s plan of care and communicates with patients, families, and the health care team through open communication, mutual respect, and shared decision-making. The RN assesses patients, formulates nursing diagnoses, and plans, implements, and evaluates the effectiveness of care plans. The role works collaboratively with fellow nurses and support staff to achieve patient care goals and improve patient care, the work environment, and patient and staff satisfaction. The position is in the Electrophysiology Lab at Toledo Hospital, with 30 weekly hours on day shifts.
Requirements
- Current state license as a Registered Nurse.
- Current CPR training.
- Complete 24 contact hours of continuing education during the Ohio nursing licensure period, including at least 1 contact hour related to Chapter 4723 of the Ohio nurse practice code and rules.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing.
- Previous nursing experience in ICU, ER, EP, or Cardiac.
