About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality patient care in an acute care setting. The position offers day-shift schedules of either 36 or 48 hours. The nurse must be willing to work holidays, with the potential to have one holiday off approved. The position is available in multiple locations within the region.

Requirements

• An active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor.
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification from an approved vendor.
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification from an approved vendor.
• National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale certification.
• Willingness to work holidays; one holiday off may be approved.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
• Experience in an acute care facility.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical history.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Educate patients and their families about health management and disease prevention.
• Ensure compliance with established patient-care standards and regulations.
