About The Position
Ramapo Ridge Behavioral Health Hospital (RRBH) is a 58-bed inpatient psychiatric hospital seeking Registered Nurses (RNs). RRBH serves adults from 18 years of age through the senior years, with a general adult psychiatric division and a specialized geriatric division for dementia and Alzheimer's. Haven at Ramapo Ridge provides inpatient trauma-informed care for women only. As an RN, you will be an integral part of a multidisciplinary team, developing individualized treatment plans for patients. Opportunities exist to act as nurse preceptors, charge nurses, and mentors. The hospital offers a tranquil work environment on 78 acres with newly renovated, state-of-the-art facilities. Christian Health offers competitive RN wages, shift and weekend differentials, and a $5,000 sign-on bonus.
Requirements
- Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing.

Responsibilities
- Lead the team in developing individualized treatment plans that meet the patient where they are and ensure the plan is designed to meet the patient’s goals.
- Act as nurse preceptors, charge nurses, and mentors for students rotating through RRBH.
- Demonstrate an understanding of, and embrace, the mission statement of Christian Health.
