Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Active Wisconsin RN license
• At least one year of nursing experience
• Current CPR certification
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and compassion
• Knowledge of applicable state and federal nursing regulations
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance for Home Health and Hospice roles
• IV infusion experience for the Infusion RN role

Responsibilities

• Provide IV infusion care in patients’ homes
• Provide individualized, in-home skilled nursing care
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered end-of-life care
