Registered Nurse (RN)- Atrium One Health OBGYN After Hours Clinic Lincolnton FT
About The Position
The Registered Nurse (RN) will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures. This role utilizes evidence-based practice, clinical decision-making, compassion, and communication skills while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum. The position is located in the Atrium Health One Health OB/GYN Lincolnton/Denver after-hours clinic, which provides exceptional GYN and prenatal care. This is a Triage position where the RN will manage Triage boxes, specialty schedules (NST's, fluids, nurse visits), and assist Providers. Specialized programs like Mind Healthy, Agilix, and Lactation appointments are also offered.
Requirements
- Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
- Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
- 1 year of RN experience
- Prior OBGYN experience preferred
- Will be asked to become certified in NST's after hire
