About The Position
We are hiring a Registered Nurse – Direct Service to provide daily living and medical/clinical support to people with developmental disabilities in a residential group home setting. Requirements
- Current NYS RN License
- Valid NYS Driver’s License
- CPR Certification
- Ability to meet physical requirements of the role

Responsibilities
- Monitor and coordinate healthcare services for individuals with developmental disabilities
- Provide preventative, routine, and emergency nursing care
- Ensure compliance with physician/NP/PA orders
- Complete monthly health reviews and required assessments
- Provide health-related staff training
- Maintain documentation and regulatory compliance
- Participate in agency trainings and meetings
- Collaborate with residential leadership and clinical teams
