About The Position

Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is an integrated behavioral healthcare agency offering a variety of different programs throughout Arizona. CBI provides residential, outpatient, inpatient, patient-centered medical homes, medication-assisted treatment, and crisis services to individuals experiencing crisis, opioid use disorder, homelessness, and mental illness. CBI is the premiere non-profit fully integrated healthcare provider of substance use and behavioral health programs in Arizona, including prevention, education and treatment using cutting-edge, nationally recognized, evidence-based models. Community Bridges is currently seeking POOL Registered Nurses to provide integrated behavioral health care at our multiple crisis and inpatient units.

Requirements

Associates Degree from an accredited nursing school required.
Current and in good standing Arizona Board of Nursing License, or compact license accepted, or license-eligible within 90-days.
At least 4 years of behavioral health RN experience, to include both involuntary/voluntary.
Must have a valid driver’s license and vehicle for rerouting commute.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide integrated behavioral health care at multiple crisis and inpatient units.
Submit a minimum of 4 shifts a month by the 15th of the month prior.
Work at all assigned units within the hired region, as assigned per central scheduling.
Reroute or change locations as requested per central scheduling.
Work crisis and inpatient units as assigned.
