Registered Nurse (RN) Cath Lab/ EP-FT Days
About The Position
Wellstar is seeking a Registered Nurse for their Cath Lab/EP team. This full-time, day shift position offers the opportunity to work in a supportive environment where contributions are valued. The role involves performing a wide range of clinical procedures, utilizing equipment for diagnosis and treatment, and building a culture of trust and engagement. The nurse will maintain and strengthen relationships with physicians, ensuring their involvement in developing systems for service growth and cost-effective patient care, while fostering patient and employee satisfaction. The position requires adherence to all WellStar Health System policies, standards of work, and code of conduct.
Requirements
- Associates Nursing or Diploma (Nurse) Nursing or Bachelors Nursing-Preferred
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support or ARC-ALS - Amer Red Cross Advanced Life Support or ACLS-I - ACLS - Instructor or ACLS-P - ACLS-Provisional (180 Days) within 180 Days
- BLS - Basic Life Support or ARC-BLS - Amer Red Cross Basic Life Support or BLS-I - Basic Life Support - Instructor
- RN - Reg Nurse (Single State) or RN-COMPACT - RN - Multi-state Compact
- 1 year ICU/CCU/ER or previous Cath Lab/EP Lab experience
- The individual must be able to communicate and understand verbal and written English language and display a positive attitude (see WellStar's "Standards of Gold" and "Values").
Responsibilities
- Performs all duties and responsibilities of this position in a manner that reflects the values of WellStar.
- Maintains and strengthens relationships with physicians and assures their involvement in developing systems to assure the growth of the service and the cost effective delivery of quality patient care in a manner that fosters patient and employee satisfaction.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
