Registered Nurse Full Time Days
About The Position
Bradenton Rehabilitation Hospital is opening in May 2026 and is seeking a Registered Nurse to join their team. The hospital features 60 private patient rooms and 2 rehab therapy gyms equipped with cutting-edge technology. The Registered Nurse will be responsible for the planning and delivery of direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process of Assessment, Planning, Intervention, and Evaluation. This includes developing nursing care plans in coordination with patients, families, and interdisciplinary staff, communicating changes in patient condition, and participating in the discharge planning process.
Requirements
- Current state licensure as an Registered Nurse
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification must be obtained from the American Heart Association and/or American Red Cross. Online certification is not acceptable
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational, time management and prioritization skills.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Detail-oriented, able to meet strict time frames
Nice To Haves
- Inpatient rehabilitation experience
Responsibilities
- Provides planning and delivery of direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process of Assessment, Planning, Intervention, and Evaluation.
- Develops nursing care plan in coordination with patient, family and interdisciplinary staff as necessary.
- Communicates changes in patient’s clinical condition with Physicians, Nursing Supervisor/Manager, and co-workers as appropriate.
- Participates in discharge planning process.
