About The Position

The Registered Nurse is a licensed professional who provides patient care in accordance with Enloe Medical Center’s standards, policies, and practices. The RN prioritizes patient needs, coordinates care, and collaborates with the patient care team to deliver care consistent with the medical plan of care. Nursing practice, policies and procedures, and quality practice are overseen by the Vice President of Nursing Services. This role is in Radiology Nursing and is a temporary, full-time, day-shift position with 10-hour shifts and variable days off; 80 hours per pay period. Compensation ranges from $55.93 to $79.75, with pay based on applicable experience.

Requirements

• One year of acute RN experience.
• One year of critical care or Emergency Department experience.
• Current licensure with the California Board of Registered Nursing.
• Current CPR certification.
• Current ACLS certification.
• Current PALS certification within six months of hire.
• Current RCM (Radiopaque Contrast Media) certification, obtained within 30 days of employment; the department tracks this requirement.
• Demonstrate technical competence, professional clinical judgment, communication skills, and sensitivity for patients and families in crisis.
• Be able to fulfill the essential functions of the position.

Nice To Haves

• Radiology experience.
• Previous experience with procedural sedation and patient recovery.
