Requirements

Valid and current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
Strong knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and healthcare regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care
Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems
Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines

Nice To Haves

Proven experience in a clinical or outpatient setting preferred

Responsibilities

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in accordance with physician orders and clinic protocols
Administer medications, injections, and treatments as prescribed
Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical histories
Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatments, and preventive care
Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient interactions and treatments
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and clinic policies
Assist with minor procedures and diagnostic tests as needed
