About The Position

As an RN in our residential treatment facility, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care and support to children and adolescents ages 6-20 with behavioral health challenges. Requirements

  • Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Experience in delivering healthcare services
  • Ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
  • Skill in administering medications and treatments
  • Ability to monitor and assess patients' physical and emotional well-being
  • Commitment to ensuring a safe and therapeutic environment
  • Ability to educate patients and families

Responsibilities

  • Providing immediate, routine, and emergency healthcare services.
  • Collaborating with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
  • Monitoring and assessing patients' physical and emotional well-being.
  • Ensuring a safe and therapeutic environment for residents.
  • Educating patients and their families about their conditions and treatment plans.
