About The Position

BAYADA is seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) in Indiana to provide one-on-one overnight care in clients’ homes. This role offers steady overnight hours, allowing nurses to work independently and focus on their clients without the interruptions of a facility setting. Nurses will have access to 24/7 clinical support and can enjoy flexible scheduling and weekly pay. Fast-track hiring incentives are available for nurses who can complete onboarding quickly.

Requirements

• Active RN license (Registered Nurse) in the state of Indiana
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one overnight care in clients’ homes.
• Work independently, staying focused on the client.
• Deliver personalized, high-quality care to clients of all ages and acuity levels.
• Build meaningful relationships with clients.
• Utilize electronic charting through Statewise.
