About The Position
BAYADA is seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide 1:1 care near Faribault, Minnesota. The role offers clinical mentorship, paid training, and the flexibility to build a schedule that supports both personal and professional goals. BAYADA serves local communities across Minnesota, with clients in various areas including the Western and Eastern Twin Cities Metro, Southeast Metro (Rochester, Faribault, Winona), St. Cloud Metro, Duluth and Iron Range, and Moorhead. BAYADA is a home health care provider celebrating 50 years of service and is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
Requirements
- Active RN license (Registered Nurse) in the state of Minnesota
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 care to clients of all ages and acuity levels.
- Perform patient care using electronic charting through Cubhub.
- Engage in skill-building to prepare for a wide range of clients and acuity levels.
