About The Position

Join Baylor Scott & White All Saints Medical Center – Fort Worth as a Registered Nurse and be part of something better! This is a Full Time position with 12 Hour Days shifts available in the MSICU. Our MSICU is a fast-paced environment that includes high acuity patients. We foster an environment that supports learning, mentoring, and building every team member. The patient population includes Medical and Surgical ICU, Neuro, Advanced heart failure, and TAVR patients. Patient ratios are 1:1-2 in this small, team-focused unit with 8 beds. Requirements

• Graduated from an Accredited Program.
• RN license.
• Must have BLS certification or obtain it within 30 days of starting.

Nice To Haves

• ICU or MSICU experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for Medical and Surgical ICU, Neuro, Advanced heart failure, and TAVR patients.
• Maintain patient ratios of 1:1-2.
• Contribute to a team-focused environment within a small unit.
