About The Position
New Rehab Hospital Opening October 2026! PAM Health is looking for a Registered Nurse to join their team. They emphasize respect, admiration, growth, and rewards for their nurses. The role involves utilizing the nursing process to deliver, direct, and supervise patient care, including interdisciplinary and discharge planning, patient and family teaching, and accessing community resources. Requirements
- Current licensure as a registered nurse (RN) in the state where the hospital resides, or compact licensure if state participates.
- Current BLS certification is required.
- Evidence of ACLS certification is required within 90 days of employment.
- BLS and ACLS certifications must be AHA approved within 90 days of employment.
- Current ACLS certification is required for Charge Nurses.
- One year of inpatient medical-surgical nursing experience preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Utilizing the nursing process while delivering, directing and supervising care to patients admitted to the nursing unit.
- Planning, coordinating, and providing patient care to include interdisciplinary planning, discharge planning, patient and family teaching for post-hospitalization, and accessing community resources.
- May perform other related duties as assigned or requested, including Charge Nurse (ACLS certification required).
