Registered Nurse - Full-Time Flex
About The Position
Join an energetic, patient-focused team! Cardinal Points Imaging of the Carolinas is currently seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a Full-time Flex position at our outpatient imaging centers located in Raleigh, Clayton, Cary and Wake Forest, NC. Hours will vary by location coverage. Under the direction of the Clinical Manager, Director and or Administrator, the Registered Nurse is a highly skilled clinician utilizing an interdisciplinary approach to patient care service delivery. Manages care at a highly developed skill level in collaboration with patients, their families, physicians, & other members of the health care team. Ensures services are performed in a safe environment in accordance with established guidelines and regulatory requirements. Serves as part of the imaging center team and seeks as well as provides feedback for improved clinical practice.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years as an RN in a clinical setting.
- Graduate of an accredited RN program.
- Meet the state licensure requirement for the state in which they practice.
- BLS certification required within 60 days of hire.
- Ability to work independently and multitask.
- Ability to provide documentation accurately and concisely.
- Knowledge of computer applications, including information and billing systems, keyboard input, digital archiving, and retrieving of data.
Nice To Haves
- ACLS certification may be required.
Responsibilities
- Utilizing an interdisciplinary approach to patient care service delivery.
- Managing care at a highly developed skill level in collaboration with patients, their families, physicians, & other members of the health care team.
- Ensuring services are performed in a safe environment in accordance with established guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Serving as part of the imaging center team and seeking as well as providing feedback for improved clinical practice.
- Managing medical emergencies and contrast reactions under the direction of a licensed independent practitioner.
