About The Position

The Registered Nurse will provide care in an Intensive Care Unit (ICU) in Concord, New Hampshire. This is a 13-week contract accepting local and travel candidates. The position works 12-hour night shifts. Weekly gross pay is listed as $2,075, with a blended hourly rate of $57 and weekly taxable pay of $1,300.

The role requires recent ICU experience and the ability to work independently in high-acuity critical care environments. Holiday coverage is required. Floating is required to the Emergency Department, Step-Down, and Medical-Surgical units, potentially with modified assignments. Floating to Behavioral Health may be required based on staffing needs, as may floating to other affiliated clinical locations. Candidates within 50 miles are subject to the local-rate policy.

Requirements

• Active New Hampshire Registered Nurse (RN) license or Compact RN license.
• Minimum 2–3 years of recent ICU experience.
• Current BLS certification.
• Current ACLS certification.
• Previous travel nursing experience; first-time travelers are not accepted.
• Experience working independently in high-acuity critical care environments.
• Experience with balloon pumps, CRRT, Impella, ICP monitoring, targeted temperature management (TTM), Alaris pumps, and rapid infusion equipment.
• Updated resume with relevant ICU experience.
• RN skills checklist matching the ICU specialty.
• Provide requested time off at the time of submission.

Nice To Haves

• Cerner EMR experience preferred.
• CVICU experience highly preferred.
• Strong critical care background across a variety of patient populations.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize quickly, and manage high-acuity patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to high-acuity patients in the ICU.

• Cover holidays as required.
• Float to the Emergency Department, Step-Down, and Medical-Surgical units; modified assignments may be possible.
• Float to Behavioral Health based on staffing needs and potentially to other affiliated clinical locations.
