About The Position

Life Care Post Falls is seeking qualified Registered Nurses to provide quality nursing care as members of an interdisciplinary team. The RN delivers care and services that support patients in attaining or maintaining the highest practicable physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being, in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards. The role includes ongoing assessment of patient needs, revising care plans in response to changes in patient condition, and providing daily clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs. Requirements

• Nursing diploma or an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing.
• Current license or registration in the applicable state.
• Maintain an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing throughout employment.
• CPR certification upon hire or obtained during orientation; certification must remain current during employment.
• Ability to concentrate and use reasoning skills and good judgment.
• Ability to communicate and function productively on an interdisciplinary team.

Nice To Haves

• One year of skilled nursing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality nursing care to patients through interpersonal contact.
• Provide care and services that support patients’ highest practicable physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being.
• Assess patient needs on an ongoing basis and revise care plans in response to changes in condition.
• Provide clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs.
• Implement and interpret department programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude toward patients.
• Communicate and function productively on an interdisciplinary team.

• Shift differential of $2.50 per hour for evening shifts and $3.50 per hour for night shifts.
