About The Position

Logan Health Whitefish is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse for their Birth Center team, working night shifts. The Birth Center is part of Logan Health Whitefish, a 25-bed critical access hospital in Whitefish, MT. The department features five LDRP rooms and emphasizes quality, evidence-based care. The role involves providing care across labor and delivery, postpartum, and Level I nursery in a supportive, team-based environment. The hospital is Planetree-affiliated, promoting person-centered care and healing.

Requirements

• Graduate from school of professional nursing required.
• Current Montana RN License or a multi-state compact license with authorization to practice nursing within the state of Montana; required.
• Experience in a related unit is required.
• Currently only accepting applicants with prior OB/Labor and Delivery experience.
• RQI Provider (BLS) within 7 days of hire/transfer or before independent patient care, whichever comes first.
• ALS(ACLS) within 6 months of hire/transfer.
• Current NRP certification - within six (6) months of hire required.
• EFM certification or EFM instructor status– within six (6) months of hire required.
