RN - Registered Nurse - Surgical Services - PT Days
About The Position
The Registered Nurse will provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols of the healthcare organization. This role involves implementing and monitoring patient care plans, monitoring, recording, and communicating patient condition as appropriate. The nurse will serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care, note and carry out physician and nursing orders, and assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.
Requirements
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Alabama Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing and Required professional licensure at time of hire.
